On Thursday, Agenda Item X.1 is for the consideration and possible action regarding the appointments to the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee. As you may recall state statute requires that "Not less than 50 percent of the membership of the advisory committee must be representatives of the real estate, development, or building industries..." There are 5 members of the committee, therefore 3 will need to meet the state statute. In line with that requirement, I am proposing the following citizens to be appointed to the committee which meet this requirement.
