I've taken the consolidated notes from the review of the 4 other charters posted above and tried to put them in order of the LV charter where appropriate, and group common topics together. Hopefully the provides a helpful cheat sheet for the LV charter review/re-write.

I've updated the consolidated notes grid adding two topics from the Aubrey review I previously left out of the notes.

Topic 9 - LV Sec 3.02(b) - Replace with Aubrey 5.02(2)(iv)
Topic 15 - LV 3.13 - Replace with Aubrey 3.13 but keep and add the last sentence of LV 3.13 to Aubrey 3.13.
