I've added draft term limit language as we discussed to the previously accepted Sec 3.01 edits that include 3 year terms. The additional language is lines 26-39.

I also included Celina, Aubrey and Rockport language in the attachment, along with the transition to 3 year terms plan for context. The exhibit will need to be updated once we know if we are on track for the May or November 2026 election.

In the first three elections following adoption of three (3) year terms, offices will be elected following the process described in attachment Exhibit 2025-01.
