Please explain why a new use category is needed to allow a commercial business to have indoor storage of materials it needs to operate? If a commercial business falls under an existing zoning use to operate as whatever kind of commercial venture they are running, it seems that should automatically include the ability to store whatever is needed to operate that business, in or outside the walls of that business. What am I missing?
I reviewed the agenda for the Feb 19 council meeting and didn't see any reference asking staff to initiate this amendment?
