After reading the attachments and looking at Table B Allowed uses for zoning, why not add to C-1 and C-3, the structure use of warehouse which is already an allowed use for C-2.

Definition of warehouse - structure or room for the "storage" of merchandise or commodities.

Definition of commodity - something useful or valued, also thing.

The letter to council describes the items to be "warehoused", or stored in the letter, as decor materials. Decor materials sound like something useful and valued.

Would it be easier to add warehouse as an approved structure use to C-1 and C-3, and avoid creating a new structure use that is really unnecessary?

It would have been nice to have the attached docs in the agenda packet so commission members would have had more than less than 24 hrs to review them since they were readily available for staff to add.
