Attached is the first draft of an agenda item files to show 3 to 4 meetigns out. The items are abrievieated in this version and include the sponsor or member requesting the item. We are trying to find the best format to allow the agenda otems to be posted in advance to allow other members to see what items are on the agenda and also allow citzens to see what is being proposed.
