I received the following quote from Freese and Nichols and am, passing it along. Kindly note that my doing so is not an endorsement of of their proposal:

Good evening, Paul – thank you again for reaching out to us to help clear out some of your pending reviews. We received documents for the following outstanding reviews from Ed:

• Paseo de Vaca Subdivision
  • Public Improvement Construction Drawings
  • Application
• RM 1431 Plat (ROW dedication; Tessera)
  • Simple plat review
  • Final plat application
• 6408 Lohrman Road
  • Site plan/architectural review
• Montechino PDD
  • Existing conditions
  • Land use exhibit
  • Detail plan
  • PDD amendment application
  • Signage
  • Operating agreement

After initial review of these documents, our anticipated fee for review of these documents (to include providing comments then another review after the comments are incorporated) is approximately $40,000. Please note that we will bill for the hours needed and if we don’t need all of this $40,000 it will not be billed. We anticipate being able to return our first round of comments for all within 3 weeks (with some coming sooner).

Unfortunately I will not be able to make Thursday’s Council meeting due to a conflicting meeting and the leader of our review team will be out of town and unable to review. We’re happy to attend a future meeting or provide more discussion prior to the meeting as needed. I’m sorry we can’t make this one work.
