Comp Plan- FLUM Subcommittee: FLUM Discussion

Would any of you find a Word doc, with line numbers, that can be redlined and text that can be highlighted and moved, helpful? That is the format we used in the charter rewrite and it was extremely useful during discussion to be able to direct someone's attention to a specific line number. This would also be a format that council might find useful as well in reading our comments if they had a similar document to refer to.
