line 3 period behind Authority - I did not make this change. As I work on final formatting, to improve readability, I'm deleting periods from all the titles and headers. They are not sentences. I'm also not starting content on the same line as a title/subtitle/header. I will have a draft with reformatting for review at the next meeting.
