I don’t believe you missed anything. I’m not sure if the agenda reflects either the inclusion, or not, of creating an ethics/review board. I don’t believe we’ve hashed that out completely.

Gene, we still need Sec 3.07 for council to have the authority to remove or discipline. A BOE cannot take such action alone. It can only recommend (and force the issue to be heard).

Mark, BOE would be in Article VII on the agenda merely for discussion today as we deferred action for two weeks to allow for research.

We've already approved all the section of Article III separately. Todays consent agenda is to merely ratify what we've already approved is correctly captured in this final draft.
