How critical is it that the address is wrong in the cover sheet, 2413 Bison Trail, correct address is 21413 Bison Trail. Also, no drawings showing the location of the house on the lot. If the shape of the lot is the problem for the proposed house wouldn't the location of the house on the lot be good to know?
