Nice work Jordan. I have found a few corrections in organization, and sevveral for changes. An example of changes is eliminating the treasurer and the state law reference that applies to general law cities.

Some corrections. On the matrix, it says review by Charter Review Committee. Is that correct?

I have numbered the pages on the Word documents. Page 47. It appears GCAC and BOA are entangled.
What happens to the Aviation Department and Articles 9.500-9.5130 of Chapter 9?
The moved Article for BSC is not the latest version.

Frank,
On the first question, some of that section references the Charter and with it in the process of being updated we will need to match the code to whatever updated provisions apply from the Charter Update. Council currently has the draft of the Charter but may recommended after adoption forwarding this back to them for proposed updates.

We can adjust the organization, it is very possible things got mixed up in the shuffle. We have the matrix to track location and do final checks. We can go ahead and untangle them. I will follow up with our Codifiers as their most updated version is the one staff is working off of.

Any airport related regulations are going to be in Title IV (Public Works, Utilities, and Facilities). Chapter 19. Airport Administration and Operations.
