My question remains, how are "days" determined, calendar or business? Am I missing something elsewhere in the charter or state law?

"The Emergency Ordinance shall be effective for a maximum period of sixty (60) calendar days..."

"...and is automatically repealed as of the sixty-first (61st ) day..." f

It states effective for 60 calendar days, but if there is no objection, I'll add "calendar" between (61st) and day for clarity if desired.

My apology, when I read the amended draft my brain skipped right over the first calendar days, frazzled. I think it would be hard to misconstrue the 61st day being a calendar after the prior clarification on line 6.
