I am uploading Mr. Robert's Land Use Intensity & Dimensional Guidence Matrix which he presented at the 1/22/26 P&Z meeting for discussion purposes. I made a suggestive edit combining the Place Type 1-4 density/acre into a single category with subcategories a, b, & c. Several P&Z Board members suggested a couple of other categories which could be added to this chart which are not reflected in this chart.
