I agree with the subcommittee's recommendations. I have a correction to Thoroughfare Plan about the extension of Bonanza that I spoke about when we were considering the Strickler zonings. The issues are significant. Not approving the Comp Plan may be an option. The 2008 and 2010 Comprehensive Plan were produced by citizens and staff, not with a consultant.
