Attached is a list of upcoming City Council meeting dates, along with submission deadlines to ensure the Council receives its packet a full seven (7) days prior to each meeting.
Please note that emergency items may need to be added from time to time, and this list does not account for special-called meetings or additional meetings required for adopting the tax rate and budget.
The purpose of this list is to provide key dates for planning and to give staff adequate time to prepare for meetings. It covers the period through September 2026, which marks the end of our fiscal year.
Staff will also post to the discussion board a master agenda file that outlines agenda items for approximately 90 days ahead. (Disclosure: This schedule will still need to be reviewed against the official list of holidays for 2026.)
